Shipping Policy
Famed4Food is committed to ensuring that your purchased products reach you promptly.
We deliver to all United Kingdom residential addresses
Products purchased from our website will be dispatched by us using a two-working day delivery service.
Our preferred couriers are DPD. At times we use other services such as Parcelforce. You will be informed which of the couriers has been used to dispatch your purchased items. Even though we aim to get your orders to you within two working days there might be occasions when it might take slightly longer e.g. when there is a strike, or our courier partners are unable to make the delivery within the scheduled time.
Please note that we do not dispatch purchased items over the weekend. Any items purchased on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Our cut-off time for orders is 11 am. Orders placed after 11 am will be processed the following working day
Below is the breakdown of charges for delivery
- FREE DELIVERY within 8 miles of Rainham RM13 Essex where the value of the order is over £75. If the value of the order falls below £75 the delivery charge will be the same as the rest of the United Kingdom below
- Delivery within the United Kingdom (weight 19kg and below): £10
- Delivery within the United Kingdom weight between 20kg to 30kg: £13. Two working days. For example, orders placed before 11 am on Monday should be delivered by Wednesday.
- Saturday delivery within the United Kingdom: £19
OTHER DELIVERY OPTIONS: We understand that there will be times when you need your order urgently and which our standard delivery service may not cover e.g. delivery the next working day or over the weekends. In such situations please give us a call and let us see if we can be of assistance.
FROZEN FOOD: To ensure that your frozen products reach you in a frozen condition we make use of a well packaged frozen pack. These packs will keep the food intact until they are delivered to you.
CONTACT NUMBER REQUIRED. To allow our courier partners to update you on when your item will be delivered, we will require your contact number. This will enable them to send you text updates. If you are not at home to receive a delivery our couriers will leave your order in the safe place which you have specified.
CHANGES TO DELIVERY SERVICE. Our delivery service may be subject to change to ensure we offer our customers an efficient service. Our website will be promptly updated to keep our customers informed of such changes.
